Financial Controller (Fixed Term)

Full-time Controlling

We are now looking for a Financial Controller to reinforce our Group Reporting & Controlling team based in Helsinki. We expect you to manage commission and bonus calculations, their processing and controlling globally. You'll be reporting to the Head of Group Reporting & Controlling and working closely with the Revenue Controlling team. This is a full‑time position for a fixed term during a parental leave, starting 1st of September2026, until 31st of August2027.

What you’ll be doing:

• Gathering and administering payroll related materials regarding commissions, bonuses, and other payroll related materials
• Acting as a partner and the main contact point for commissions, bonuses and option related matters for both internal and external stakeholders, like our people team, personnel in sales and customer operations, and external payroll partners
