Financial Controller My client is a well know Irish company based in West Dublin. They are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller with a strong background in preparing management accounts, fp&a and managing finance teams. This role will be based 3 days on site. Main duties: Deliver monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts within 3 weeks of period end, with full variance analysis Lead the annual budget and forecast process Manage and develop a finance team of 6 (credit control, assistant accountant, financial accountant) Maintain and develop the ERP system (Microsoft Business Central) and its integration with the CRM Oversee financial controls across cash flow, payments, bank reconciliations, debtor management, and invoicing Tax compliance across VAT, ERR, and Corporation Tax Liaise with the Audit & Risk Committee alongside the CFO Financial oversight of operations (actual, forecast, and budget) Contribute to the strategic initiatives The person: Qualified acco...
