Job Description

You will be reporting into the Operations Director on a daily basis and the duties of the role will include but not limited to:

  • Manage monthly P&L balance sheet and cash flow forecast

  • Producing and managing the accounts

  • Monitoring performance of departments

  • Preparing Financial Statements

  • Overseeing all tax and regulatory/compliance issues

  • Contributing to decisions regarding financial strategy

  • Managing Aged DebtorsΒ 

  • Arranging payment runs

  • Bank reconciliation of accounts

  • Raise Invoices and PO's as requested

  • Liaising with Clients and SuppliersΒ 
  • Qualified candidates are preferred however strong Part-Qualified or QBE candidates will be considered. The role could suit someone who is looking to secure their first opportunity outside of Accountancy Practice.


    Experience with Accounting Software Xero is essential.
