Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to Microfluidics (MTI) project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role also represents the business unit and the organization as needed, builds productive relationships, and mentors lower-level employees.
