Amazon One Medical Senior Health is reimagining how primary care is delivered and financed for America's aging population. We're building a full-risk, value-based business serving roughly 50,000 Medicare members across 11 markets, and we need the single-threaded owner of our topline: the finance professional who will forecast, report, and drive accountability for our member growth and revenue across every market.
This is a high-judgment role where you'll build the rolling forecast mechanism that ties member volume, retention, and revenue-per-member together, lead our quarterly and annual planning cycles, and craft the topline narrative that leadership uses to steer the business. Because responsibility for growth is spread across acquisition, clinical, payer, and product teams, your job is to bring those perspectives into one coherent view and help hold the organization accountable to shared targets.
