SUMMARY
The Financial Analyst IĀ provides standard transactional support for a process within an accounting cycle, can communicate with concerned parties pertaining to transactions and provides support/input for analysis.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting
ā¢ Provides standard transactional support for a process within an Accounting cycle or client account / product line
ā¢ Ability to complete and resolve assigned basic account reconciliations independently.
ā¢ Identifies issues or discrepancies in basic transactional accounting.
Accounting Policy
ā¢ Understand GAAP requirements relevant to the financial cycle or portfolio supported
Audit Support and Controls
ā¢ Basic understanding of audit and internal control requirements
ā¢ Maintains accurate and complete records for audits
ā¢ Gathers audit support data upon request
