Job Description
Join a prominent organization as a Financial Analyst for a four-month contract in Toronto. Focus on financial reporting, analysis, and audit support.
This position requires a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to prepare monthly work papers and perform variance analytics. You will be responsible for balance sheet reconciliations, month-end journal entries, and facilitating both internal and external audits while preparing essential ad-hoc reports.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports
ā¢ Complete balance sheet reconciliations at period closes
ā¢ Ensure accurate journal entries at month end
ā¢ Assist in quarterly and annual audits
ā¢ Develop ad-hoc reporting as necessary
Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelorās degree required; accounting preferred
ā¢ CPA or CPA candidate is an advantage
ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills
ā¢ Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area
ā¢ Authorized to work in Canada
