ο»ΏSAIC is seeking a **Financial Analyst** to provide support to the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)) with all phases of the DOW Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process, meeting all OSW mandated timelines for submission of PPBE related documents. **This position is onsite located in Alexandria, VA.**
The expected salary range for this position is **$100,000 - $130,000** based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Assist OUSW(R&E) in developing the Program Objectives Memorandum and Budget Estimate Submission for OUSW(R&E), manage internal R&E budget reviews and change/budget proposals; manage and review budget submission entries in Excel and the applicable databases; and develop and review detailed budget justification material (R-Forms, P-Forms, etc.).
