Job Description
As an RBC Financial Advisor, you attract, nurture, and grow relationships with high‑value personal and small business clients by adding value in the moments that matter. You provide proactive, professional advice, collaborate with RBC partners, and help clients achieve goals and navigate key life events. With breadth and depth across everyday banking, investments, and credit, you deliver a robust Advice Experience for both complex personal and business needs.

What will you do?

• Consistently demonstrate empathy, kindness, and a deep understanding of client circumstances, motivations, and concerns.
• Communicate effectively to uncover client needs, deliver client‑centric advice, and resolve client concerns at first contact.
• Leverage your own advisory skills and those of the appropriate RBC ecosystem partners to meet the entire suite of client financial needs, both personal and business.
