Key Requirements & Skills

  • Experience running monthly payroll for a growing team of 50+ staff.
  • Proven capability managing customer billing, timely invoicing, debtor collection, and overall treasury support.
  • Certified or Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience within an SME environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (preferred) with at least 2 years of financial accounting experience, including monthly financial statement preparation.
