**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a **Financial Accountant** role is responsible for providing end-to-end L1 support for Oracle E-Business Suite in modules like GL, SLA and FAH. The role involves troubleshooting functional and technical issues, supporting month-end and year-end close activities, supporting business users, and ensuring timely resolution of production problems across Oracle EBS Financial modules.
**In this role, you will:**
**Production Support**
+ Provide L1 support for Oracle EBS applications
+ Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
+ Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
+ Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
+ Execute SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution.
+ Collaborate with technical teams for bug fixes, patches, and enhancements.
