Job Description
Key Responsibilities Inventory Management (RM,PM & FG)
# Manage end-to-end accounting of Raw Material (RM) and Packing Material (PM) and Finished Goods inventory.
# Record inward and outward inventory transactions accurately in Tally ERP/Unicommerce.
# Verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), material issues, production consumption, and stock transfers.
# Reconcile physical inventory with book stock and investigate discrepancies.
# Monitor inventory valuation and ensure accurate closing stock records.
# Coordinate with Stores, Production, Procurement, and Finance teams for inventory accuracy.
# Preparation of Month end reports like Raw Material & Packing Material consumption throughout the month without any errors and submitting the closing stock like Finished goods/Raw Material/Packing Material.
# Preparation of COGS Report every month
# Ensure proper accounting of expired, damaged, rejected, and returned materials.
