Description:

• Conducts physical sighting of the fixed assets based on the Fixed Asset Listing Report. For exception noted, investigates and documents the results or follow up actions
• Update all necessary asset reports. Assist with annual report proof reading and IT project testing.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary :

• Up to $2,000

Requirements:

• Minimum O level or Diploma in accounting/business

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Be prepared to walk around buildings.
