Finance Reporting & Consolidation Manager

This role is primarily responsible for Group Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Regulatory Compliance, MIS Reporting, and Financial Analytics , with additional responsibility for overseeing the financial reporting of the Asset Management business vertical . Experience: 6 to 8 years of post qualification experience Roles and Responsibilities: Consolidated financial reporting - Prepare consolidated financial statements of the group in compliance with applicable IND AS, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Manage quarterly SEBI LODR filings and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. Drive closure of quarterly and annual statutory audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit queries and adherence to reporting timelines Prepare monthly management dashboards providing insights on trends, variances, profitability and key business drivers.
