Job Summary
To support the Finance Department in daily Inventory and Treasury operations, ensuring accurate record keeping and timely processing of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Inventory and Treasury operations, including transaction processing and record maintenance.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory-related accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support cash management activities, including payment processing and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly closing, reporting, and audit activities.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Participate in process improvement.
