Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The role oversees the day‑to‑day financial operations of the Manila and Clark office, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, and smooth coordination with onshore and offshore teams. This role leads the Manila and Clark Finance Team, supports statutory and regulatory reporting, manages AP and cash processes, and drives ongoing process improvement across finance operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Financial Reporting and Compliance
- Lead the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring all journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations are completed on time.
- Oversee the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, including vendor payments, employee expense reimbursements, bank account management, and bank reconciliations.
