Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely deliverables
- Review team members’ work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards
- Oversee full set of accounts, including month-end closing, posting of journals (accruals, provisions, deferrals, reclassifications), and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports, management reports, group reporting, and cash flow forecasts
- Perform variance analysis and monitor cost accruals/provisions to support financial control
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Singapore accounting standards (SFRS), and statutory requirements
- Oversee tax compliance matters including GST, Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax, and Transfer Pricing
