About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing hospice organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing key accounts payable, accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with healthcare and financial regulations, and providing meaningful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting expertise, healthcare industry experience, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities -Accounts Payable, Accounting & Financial Management Perform and oversee monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations. Prepare and post journal entries, including payroll, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, depreciation, and amortization.
