Job Description: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with operational and growth objectives. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes across crop, livestock, and export operations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with reporting standards. Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and financial requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity across international operations. Manage and analyse operational costs, including labour, inputs, equipment, and feed. Oversee import and export financial activities, including tariffs and duties. Implement foreign exchange and hedging strategies to mitigate currency risk. Assess financial risks relating to market conditions, climate factors, and supply chain disruptions. Support audit processes and maintain effective internal controls.
