- Proven expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
- Strong proficiency in cost control strategies, operational efficiency improvement, and financial modeling.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS), tax regulations, and compliance frameworks applicable to healthcare organizations.
