Finance Manager

Full-time management

Responsibilities:

1. Able to supervise team performance, provide coaching, empowerment, and support staff development, as well as take disciplinary actions when necessary.
2. Capable of analyzing and overseeing financial matters, identifying solutions to problems, and making managerial decisions.
3. Establishes effective communication with management, the team, external auditors, vendors, and other external parties.
4. Responsible for the accuracy of financial reports and other analytical reports from the accounting department.
5. Develops and implements improvement plans to increase efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance in the hospitality industry; a Master’s degree or professional certifications (CPA, CA, CFA) are preferred.
