The Carrier Financial Leadership Program (FLP) is one of development opportunities for associates who want to explore key functional areas within corporate finance โ Accounting, Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Financial Operations. Financial Leadership Program Participants should possess an Accounting or Finance degree with a strong academic record that demonstrates leadership ability, along with proven analytical, communication, organizational and time management skills.
Program Rotations ๏ผ
The Financial Leadership Program consists of three unique 1-year rotations that may take place at our various business unit sites. The rotation goal is to broaden your finance and accounting knowledge, support to establish a professional network and provide in-depth exposure to various Carrier products. Program participants will be evaluated by their direct functional supervisor during each rotational period.
