Purpose of the Role:
This is a strategic role at the heart of McLaren’s ERP programme. The Finance Lead is responsible for defining, designing, and governing the end-to-end finance solution within the ERP programme.
This role ensures that the ERP solution:
Aligns with Finance strategy and operating model
Delivers robust financial control and reporting
Supports scalable, standardised processes across the organisation
Transforms current process to suit the depth and breadth of the business
