Job Description


The Role

  • Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into user stories, and facilitating discussions to ensure a thorough understanding of project needs.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design innovative solutions aligned with business goals and architectural principles.
  • Prepare comprehensive business requirements documents and functional specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
  • Develop and execute test plans, conduct user UAT and ensure IT solutions meet quality standards and business requirements. Provide requirements for automated testing to the QA team.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles. Work closely with Program Management to adhere to deadlines and escalate issues as needed.
