About the Role

Nathalin Shipping Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team. As a Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our company, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and receipts. This position is essential to maintaining the financial integrity and efficiency of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the accounts payable functions, ensuring prompt payment to suppliers and reconciliation of supplier accounts

• Support the accounts receivable functions, ensuring prompt payment received from customers and highlight overdue invoices to the Commercial Team

• Liaise with internal departments to resolve financial queries and discrepancies

• Perform variance analysis, bank and account reconciliation, and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
