Role: Finance Controller Experience: 9 Years Location: Pune Shift: 2PM – 11PM IST / 3PM – 12AM IST Role Summary Lead global financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and business finance operations for an IT services organization across multiple geographies. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in taxation, quarterly reviews, cash flow, cost analysis, and leadership of MIS, with close coordination with CPAs, auditors, and global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end accounting and controllership across US, UK, Canada, South Africa & India Manage monthly and quarterly closures, financial reviews, and reporting under US GAAP & Ind AS.
