Role Summary
The FP&A Analyst supports the financial planning and analysis function by assisting with forecasting, financial reviews, budget monitoring, and compliance requirements. The role works closely with finance and business teams to ensure accurate reporting, timely approvals, and effective financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of rolling forecasts for non-media agencies.
- Support the analysis of financial performance against forecast and budget.
- Help maintain forecasting templates, reports, and planning schedules.
Financial Controls & Approvals
- Review and process Job Orders (JOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) for approval, ensuring completeness and compliance with company policies.
