Job Description
Overview
The Finance Assistant is responsible for providing financial support to Jhpiego Rwanda Office and related programs by supporting participant payments for projects, ensuring timely staff advances and reconciliations in collaboration with program teams, maintaining proper filing and secure storage of finance documents, and carrying out other tasks assigned by the Finance Department. Application submission deadline: Wednesday, June 24th, 2026, at 5:30pm
Responsibilities
Ensure proper filing and secure storage of finance documents.
Provide vouchers and records for audits accurately and on time.
Support vendor entry, payments, staff advances, and reconciliations.
Manage participants related payments and attendance lists, ensuring accurate submission for payment processing.
Follow up on claims and discrepancies to ensure smooth processes.
Carry out other requested tasks assigned by the supervisors and Finance Department.
