ā¢ Manage incoming finance queries and respond to suppliers and colleagues
ā¢ Check, process, and track invoices against orders and approvals
ā¢ Resolve payment issues and follow up on outstanding items
ā¢ Monitor payment deadlines to ensure suppliers are paid on time
ā¢ Maintain purchase order records and support workflow approvals
