Job Description
Job Description Summary: Reporting to Finance Manager, supporting Spain and Portugal. Responsible of supporting project teams managing financial aspects of a project: reporting, budget, accounting etc.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Set-up, maintenance and monitoring/controlling projects in functional ERP SAP (PS, FI).
- Build & Support Forecast and prepare periodical Project reviews.
- Control of figures to ensure Monthly Reporting deadlines.
- Full knowledge of the project’s indicators with regards to revenue, margin, cost deviations, estimated cost at completion (EAC) etc.
- Support Project Managers (PM) in the controlling/financial management of projects.
- Analyze with project managers the gaps detected contributing to the optimization of Company profits.
- To maximize standardization. Participate in the optimizing of cash management.
