About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support the financial operations of a network of retail stores and fuel stations across the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling high-volume daily transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records in QuickBooks, and ensuring alignment with U.S. accounting standards.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based finance teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, clean, and reconcile daily store transactions including:
- Inventory adjustments
- Sales transactions
- Refunds and chargebacks
- Fuel purchase
- Other retail-related financial activity
