Finance Analyst - Accelerated Path to FINANCE MANAGER
We are looking for a driven Finance Analyst who’s ready to get hands-on, think strategically, and make a real impact across a dynamic, fast-moving operation.
This is not just an analyst role, it’s a structured development path toward a Finance Manager position within ~12 months , based on performance and business needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare monthly management reports, executive summaries, and KPI dashboards
- Analyze revenue, margins, expenses, and overall business profitability
- Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis and highlight key drivers
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
