Location: Bishan, Singapore

Purpose of the Role

Provide day-to-day analytical and administrative support to the Finance Director, helping consolidate data, prepare reports, and manage recurring workflows and handle projects/assignments.

Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly reports
• Update dashboards and trackers with data from multiple sources (Excel, ERP extracts)
• Support month-end close activities — data collection, reconciliations, basic checks
• Highlight discrepancies or unusual trends for the Director's review

Governance & Process Support

• Maintain documentation for internal controls and audit requests
• Help organize and standardize recurring templates/reports for consistency
• Track deadlines and follow up with stakeholders
