Final Assembly Inspector 3 - Lake Charles, LA
6 month contract, to $40/hr
Position is for an aerospace/defense client. United States citizenship is required. Previous aerospace/defense experience is strongly preferred.
WORK SHIFT: Can Vary. 1st Shift (9/80A) or 4x10 (M-Th). Candidate must be flexible
Aerospace/defense client is seeking Final Assembly Inspector to inspect mechanical final assembly installations of the aircraft such as fuselage, wings, flaps, landing gears, and tail assemblies. Inspects systems such as hydraulic, pneumatic, oil, heat, and brakes. Visually and physically inspects electrical installations. Rechecks work after adjustment or repair. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Maintains necessary inspection logs and writes inspection reports.
