File Operations Engineer

Job Description • 3 – 5 years of experience in Managed File Transfer (MFT) administration, operations, or related IT field • Understanding of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS/SSH) • Exposure to MFT platforms and file transfer tools • Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell preferred) • Knowledge of Apache NiFi for building, monitoring, and troubleshooting data flows • Familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems • Interest in cloud technologies (AWS preferred) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Ability to follow documented procedures and work within established guidelines Required Core Competencies (must be demonstrated in your background and interview responses): • Communication: Clear writing, active listening, and the ability to explain technical topics in plain terms. • Accountability: Track record of delivering quality work, owning outcomes, and learning from setbacks. • Willingness to Learn: Demonstrated ad...
