Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a Field Trainer to make the trainee aware of their core skills, to make them feel confident, and to motivate them to achieve the assigned goals and objectives. Field trainer responsibilities comprise designing the training material in such a manner to support the training needs of the field trainee, which in turn will enhance the quality of work done.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Assist to develop and implement training programs for field staff.
• Plan and schedule trainings on regular basis.
• Prepares and maintains training course materials.
• Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements.
