Overview
Position Overview: A Printer and Copier Technician, also known as a Service Technician or Field Technician, is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing printers, copiers, and related office equipment/furniture. They ensure that these devices are functioning properly, provide technical support to end-users, and ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Installation and Setup: Install and configure printers, copiers, and other office equipment at customer sites. Set up network connectivity, drivers, and software to enable proper functionality. Conduct tests and ensure devices are functioning correctly. Assembling and setup of office furniture in the workshop and at customers.
