Job Description
General Technical Support Technician
Develop software, tools and improved calculation procedures to increase the efficiency of engineering teams, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity. Monitor and implement advanced technical solutions such as AI and automation to improve work procedures across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in after‑sales activities, resolve installation problems, and consult on adapting existing solutions.
- Analyze calculation methodologies for new products or developments.
- Analyze new technical documentation (e.g., wind tunnel tests, corrosion studies) for application in technical justifications.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage cybersecurity procedures in compliance with European or international regulations.
