Job Description
New Flyer Field Technical Specialist position providing comprehensive on-site technical product support for designated fleets. Travel to Boston will be required to conduct on-site investigations with suppliers and customers, maintain logs, and assist in warranty scenarios.
You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, apply ECNs/EADs, develop reliability reports, and deliver clear presentations to leadership. Strong experience with J1939 CAN protocols and related tools is essential.
