Job Description
Responsible for the design, development and deployment of technical training that supports the overall mission, values, and needs of the organization.
**Major Responsibilities**
+ Design, develop and implement a variety of engaging classroom, e-learning, and blended programs utilizing a variety of tools and resources that enhance the retention and transfer of information back on the job in support of our technical training needs, including but not limited to DriverHub, FOCUS, and Samsara.
+ Provide both in person and remote delivery of learning content and/or provides subject matter expertise to assist others with web-based eLearning content delivery as assigned.
+ Collaborate with leadership and Subject Matter Experts on the design and development of training materials and content.
+ Provides customer service to internal and external sources, at all levels of the organization.
