Position Overview

This position is for the Ladore Project located in Campbell River, British Columbia. Candidates must be willing and able to report to the construction site to be considered for this opportunity. Reporting to the Survey Manager, the surveyor assists the existing project team with site management and coordination tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, and reports to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Record the results of surveys, including shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions.
• Prepare or supervise the preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.
• Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic measurements.
