This position requires a comprehensive understanding of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to drilling rigs. You’ll perform repairs on engines, hydraulic systems, and generators, while also managing a well-stocked service truck. Strong diagnostic skills with engines such as Cat, Detroit, and Cummins are vital. You will travel to various locations, addressing both preventative maintenance and breakdowns in the field.
