BAE Systems is seeking a methodical and skilled Field Support Software Engineer to provide critical software and data engineering support for the F-35 Autonomic Logistic Information System (ALIS) Supply Chain Management (SCM) application. In this role, you will act as a vital link between the Lockheed Martin customer and the BAE Systems software development team, ensuring that system performance is maintained, supported, and upgraded to meet global operational requirements.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a technical or scientific field or its equivalent
Experience: 3-5 years experience in Software Engineering or related engineering disciplines (i.e., field support engineering and/or military technical field experience)
Technical Proficiency:
+ Proven experience in System Fault Finding.
+ Proficiency in SQL, PowerShell, and Python.
+ Experience in direct Customer Support.
