Job Description
Field Supervisor Purpose
You are the behind the scenes support system for regional areas of Redrocks operations. It is your job to provide Redrock staff and facilities the support they need to operate at a safe, high standard of quality. Your support will ensure that all operations run smoothly and keep our clients happy with our services.
Key Accountabilities
- Welcome and orient employees as they arrive in camp.
- Build a robust relationship with Camp Managers and clients in remote locations.
- Teamwork is the foundation to successful operations.
- Oversee and help execute both catering and housekeeping services through a hands‑on approach.
- Ensure compliance pertaining to safety, auditing and inventory.
- Handle any client concern, whether disclosed in person or through our comment card system.
- Promote a fun and safe working environment and let our employees know they are valued.
