Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **FSA Field Site Administrator** to join our team in the **New York City** **area** . This is an onsite position that also requires regional travel providing technical support to Immigration Courts for the US Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). This is a fast-paced work environment that offers the opportunity to utilize hands-on experience with a variety of IT solutions to solve mission-critical problems supporting the US immigration process.
The Deskside Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting EOIR customers at the New York Immigration Court, the Santa Ana Immigration Court and other immigration courts located in the same region. This individual will work closely with ManTech support staff working out of EOIR Headquarters in Falls Church, VA, on complex issues that cannot be resolved independently.
