Overview
Field Services Lead Technologist provides high-level technical support to identify, prevent, and resolve service interruptions related to plant systems and operations. Responsibilities include installing and troubleshooting computers, printers, routers, switches, wireless devices, and other computer and network hardware.
Salary range: $114,000-$126,000 CAD.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots issues based on sound judgment, experience, and discretion.
- Consults with users to determine software, hardware, and network requirements and liaises with corporate resources to enhance technical offerings.
