Field Services Engineer

This is a customer-facing technical role , ideal for candidates with hands‑on experience in aircraft engine maintenance and MRO environments . You will serve as the key technical liaison, supporting airline operations and resolving critical Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for airline customers
• Provide on-site and remote support for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events
• Deliver hands‑on troubleshooting and guidance to maintenance teams
• Analyze engine reliability trends and recommend improvements
• Support Entry Into Service (EIS) for new engines/products
• Drive implementation of Service Bulletins and field modifications
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across operations, engineering, and commercial teams
