Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in IT deskside support, field service engineering, or technical desktop support.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS environments, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and standard enterprise software (Microsoft 365, Adobe CC).
- Hardware Familiarity: Proven experience with basic server/network hardware (racking, cabling, power cycles) and standard business AV equipment.
- Language: Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English (essential for collaborating with global vendor teams).
