Key Responsibilities
- Responding to client support requests and provides on-site field support to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Installing and maintaining hardware and compute peripherals
- Installing and upgrading operating system and software
- Provide installation, servicing and repairing systems and equipment. Verifies and approves operational quality of system equipment
- Attend & resolve/fulfill incidents/requests based on defined SLA
- Maintain and update asset accuracy
- Provide input or suggestion on maintaining knowledge article
- Support Walk-In Service Center, where applicable
- Participate in project roll out/ discussion, where applicable
- Performs analysis and prepares reports on system problem trends and issues
- 50% of Assigned Task to support client internal business functions
