Field Services Coordinator

Full-time Management & Operations

Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and internal stakeholders to support successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Inspect completed work to verify quality standards, contract requirements, and safety expectations are being met.

Conduct site visits and document project progress, site conditions, operational concerns, and safety observations.

Serve as the main point of contact for customers and subcontractors, providing on-site support and timely issue resolution.

Partner with sales, dispatch, and operations teams to prioritize work, manage schedules, and support daily activities.

Develop strong working relationships with project managers, superintendents, foremen, and field crews while providing on-site support as needed.
